Joining the ResellRightSifu.com Affiliate Program All members including Free Members will be able to participate and earn 50% commission by joining as ResellRightSifu.com Affiliate. Once you’ve signed up to become ResellRightSifu, you’re automatically assigned as Affiliate and you are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: You will legally advertise this website, and you will receive a commission on sales made by you based on the commission structure. We reserve the right to change these terms if necessary and if you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to terminate your affiliate account. 2. Revocation of Affiliate Status Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change. 7. Payments Terms You agree to accept responsibility for all taxes owed on money paid to you. All money will be paid is US dollars, it shall be the affiliates responsibility to pay any and all currency exchange charges and banking remittance fees on money paid by ResellRightSifu.com. ResellRightSifu.com shall make payments every month via PayPal ONLY. PayPal payments will be for 100% of money owed. If you do not have paypal account click here. Charge-backs, cancellations or refunds paid to affiliates shall be deducted from future affiliate payments. No money will be paid to affiliates until the money has been cleared by PayPal and processed by ResellRightSifu.com. Affiliates shall not be entitled to advances, loans or good-faith income based on projections. Affiliates are entitled to commissions on all income generated as long as they are in good standing with ResellRightSifu.com and are current on all membership fees owed to ResellRightSifu.com where applicable. 8. Liability We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors. Cancellation of ResellRightSifu.com Membership You can cancel your ResellRightSifu account but there will be no refunds. Further you agree to not attempt a charge-back through PayPal or your credit card. In the event you do submit a dispute via PayPal or chargeback via your credit card, you agree to pay I One Websifu (our Paypal Account Name) a $200 processing fee as well as cover all legal costs associated with this infraction. We are available via help desk if you have a problem, you are required to contact us first and we will be more than happy to work with you regarding any dispute, however if you go directly to PayPal or your credit card, you have broken these terms and legal action will be taken. After you cancel affiliate subscription you will loose all commission and access to account immediately. 12. Others Do not share your logon passwords and user names. Our system is designed to detect this immediately, and suspend any account where more than one person signs on using the same username and password. Do not reprint, republish, repost, or otherwise distribute or transmit content or images presented on this site. Downloading is easy, but just because you may be able to copy our content doesn't mean you own it. Unauthorized use of or copying of our content, trademarks, and other proprietary material can subject you to civil or even criminal liability. Please don't violate our copyright. No advertising, trading of goods or services, or other commercial use is allowed except in classified ad forums.
